Magnificent and perfect location to Spring River Park and Zoo. Walking distance to shopping centers and retailers across the street. Brand-new and reasonably large room with a separate bedroom for the kids and amicable staff. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

The staff were helpful and the easy access to the International UFO Museum and the Spring River Park and Zoo made my stay more fun as I explored these fun attractions, though I did notice that the blankets in my room had some burn marks.

No towel racks and the shower had some mold around it. The carpets felt dirty, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The breakfast offering in the lobby was minimal, just a light coffee setup. A few more amenities would enhance the stay.
